  Stayed at villa anna in September 2017. There were spiders in the main bedroom bath that had eaten lots of insects. Around the sink basins, there was dust. In the kitchen there was a gap across the whole of the back door allowing every little critter access to the kitchen. The floors were dusty (from all the dust blowing in through the gap in the door, I presume) and to top it off, the pool was full of dead mosquitos floating around and debris on the floor of the pool. The welcome pack said that the pool had been cleaned before our arrival but based on what we saw, it had been more than several days since the pool was clean. The management company did clean up the following day but we lost two days of enjoyment due to the stress.

  Overall services have been fantastic, cleaning quality is amazing and any maintenance issues found are dealt with as quickly as humanly possible given how lanzarote is a sandy island and harsh salty atmosphere from the ocean.

  Well what can I say, me and the wife stayed in Casa Aloe Vera earlier this year. The villa cleaning was brilliant, and although we had a calima the first couple of days, the pool cleaner came to clean the sand out the pool left behind from the calima. Which I thought was a great service.
