  Nice looking hotel but very dark lobby, and bar and shops mostly closed throughout the day making it unwelcoming. We had very heavy rain and the hotel couldn't cope with this. Our room leaked terribly soaking everything. Very little in the way of apology, just packed towels at the balcony doors where it was leaking. The holiday was not great mainly because of the weather but the hotel was disappointing. We wouldn't come again.

  5 Star Hotel. Architecture is clearly inspired by Canarian Villages. Good work! At night the artificial volcano has its best look
