  Dated rooms, cold tasteless food, rooms cleaned only twice in a week. Only 2 stars for the staff, entertainment team and bar staff friendly and helpful. Good if cheap, wouldn't return.

  Service is great , rooms are clean and you have a lot of space . You can rent a car and be delivered here in the parking . All the staff is very friendly .

  Very clean and tidy, can't fault that. Plenty of food selection and choices, loads of meat dishes. Less healthy veggie options, although there are veggie options. Soy milk available but no soya yogurt for breakfast.

  No coffee bean coffee, tastes like freeze dried. Awful. Also the evening bar cocktails - yuk. The other stuff isn't too bad.

  Good pool area, strip of shops and cafes on the seafront, playa flamingo that is only a short walk away. Aqua park is great for families and included (if you're AL - all inclusive).

  Wasn't keen on parrots being used in a show one evening, thought we'd moved past getting animals to perform tricks and stunts just to entertain. Bad taste. Animals shouldn't be used in this way.

  One or two times I've had fried eggs and baked beans that are cold for breakfast, strange eating hot food cold.

  Good food, bit basic but always something to eat even for a fussy eater. Rooms clean and spacious. Only issue is only one person serving on the inside bar in the evening which causes a queue.

  Clean hotel food is good and all suitable for family including a baby in a pram. Very well organised and layout is perfect
