  Did go online to get a 2 month visit price which was nearly £3,000 ? a £1000 more than a local apartment i could get!

  not too sure about this place ? it is for the over 50,s, couldn't get in but had a chat with the supermarket guy underneath who tells me it is more for the over 70's as the activities they do are limited .

  Not what you call a standard hotel, used now as long term holiday villas, very do it yourself ideology.

  Great as a base for exploring Playa Blanca and Lanzarote. Basic accommodation, but being refurbished soon and will be lovely and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff and residents/holidaymakers. Might not suit everyone so do your research and understand what to expect before you go. We really enjoyed our stay.

  Was so hopeful that this could be my winter destination but alas that was not to be. Went 3 times and each time found it getting less suitable. Found it a bit clicky. No choice of apartment so could be unlucky where you are put. Apartment v basic and most of them had a problem or two. Paid £500 for 4 weeks but notice that has more than doubled now for the same thing???
