  We had one issue where a sanitation pump stopped working. But a quick call to the owner/manager and it was sorted within a hour or 2.

  The villa is fairly basic but it's more than adequate. It's not suitable for people in wheelchairs as there are a few steps to get into the villa from the pool area.

  Had a wonderful stay at villa Natalia recently with a large family group of eleven. Plenty of space for such a large group. The villa is well appointed with great facilities. The pool is not over looked at all, there is a private sun terrace and the pool can be gated off which a god send with little ones.

  It's about 10 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the resort center. It's also a flat walk with no hills.
