  Terrible experience : we had reserved 3 bikes 3 days ahead of a planned bike ride. We were actually in the shop and discussed bikes, pedal requirements etc and were promised all would be ready for us. On the appointed day and time we duly arrived only to find they had no bikes for us and weren't interested in finding replacement bikes or in offering an apology. Be warned : sometimes a reservation is not a reservation, despite everything.....

  Hired two Dolan road bikes for a week, was really impressed with the bikes - , the frames were nice and light, the groupsets were full 105 and practically new, the wheels ran true and the bikes were spotlessly clean. I've hired a few bikes on trips to other destinations and none have been as good as these. Would definitely hire from here again if we come back. Thanks Roy.
