  Lovely authentic Italian food (no deep pan pizza nonsense here). Fantastic friendly service. We eat here oftern, one not to miss. Try the garlic bread, it's not like you have had before, I bet. My son's absolute fav is the calzone. Don't think we gave ever had a bad dish.

  What a lovely place this is. We had the best meal of our week & wish we'd found it sooner. The service was excellent. The food sublime & not over expensive. Will definitely be back.

  We were very disappointed with our visit to Mama Mia's. When we ordered our food the lady brought out the wrong dish for my wife I'm when it did eventually come out she said it tasted like it was from a tin. My food was also very blonde and nondescript would not be going back again and would not recommend it. We passed the restaurant many times in the day and the evening and it was always quiet and now we know why it was quiet for a reason.

  There is no shortage of restaurants in Playa Blanca but if you want good home cooked italian food in an un-pretentious setting then stop here. In the off peak season it tends to be quiet but it is well worth a try. It is family run and hospitable. We had 2 takeaways in Feb 2017 and the pasta was of a high quality al dente and the pizza thin and crispy. The desserts were homemade and delicious. Try it. We will be back next time.

  The lasagne fritters are supburb but generally food and presentation is great come every time we visit lanzarote!!
